Your VICTORY is in the OUTREACH
Every year Victory Resource Center serves low-income families and children through Annual Back to School Bash and Toys for Tots Drive. With homelessness on the rise and increasing utility cost--many families are seeking our support to meet their basic needs. Your support would fund our Emergency Community Fund. Lastly, VRC is developing a Stage Coach transitional housing program. This program will serve homeless men and provide supportive services to encourage self-sufficiency.

Mission
The VRC's mission is to re-establish families from crisis to a stable environment by providing shelter, family guidance, education, ex- offender support group, food-clothing distribution, mentoring and youth advocacy.
Vision
Victory Resource Center is a vehicle for community stabilization. We are created to serve those caught in the cycle of generational poverty, domestic violence and victims of life circumstance. Our goal is to help our clients attain self-sufficiency, enhanced self-esteem and end generational poverty. We promote traditional family values and encourage community engagement. VRC will enhance the lives of the individuals in need through teaching, guiding and other supportive services..
Purpose
The purpose of Victory Resource Center (VRC) is to provide an umbrella of hope to those individuals and families that have been disconnected and who have struggled to survive in mainstream society. Since 2000, we have served low-income, at risk families, individuals and children throughout the valley.

Food and Clothing Drive
Food and Clothing Resources Intervention: Over the past 15 years, the founders of the FCR have supported the homeless and underprivileged community in Minnesota. Now they support the same community in the Metro Phoenix area and the surrounding cities by providing food and clothing, meeting the basic needs of the people. Through this act of kindness, the FCR has been able to bring hope to the hopeless and joy to those who carried sorrow by giving and supporting their way to a better life. This resource is taken directly to the people who have the need of food, clothing, eye care and other toiletries regardless of their age, ethnic background or creed.
Family Developement
V.R.C. offers spirituall teaching and practical insight to develop and maintain healthy families with special emphasis on strong marriages. Also, V.R.C. offers free guidance for families, couples and individuals by appointment only.
